The Executive Team at In-Touch has numerous years of experience in the market research industry. As In-Touch has been growing steadily, we believe that our team has adopted the highest standard of quality in their work, to deliver the
best solution to our clients.
With more than 15 years in market research industry, Niswan brings a wealth of commercial and management experience to the company.
She has extensive, hands-on experience in research analysis and client service, serving 3 years at ACNielsen Customized Research and 4 years with TNS as Client Service Director for Consumer Panel.
At TNS, she had opportunities to work with renowned consumer products manufacturers and big retailers, both multi-national and local companies.
Niswan joined In-Touch in 2005, as a General Manager, oversees client service, finance and HR.

When Danai joined In-Touch in 2016, he brought with him an abundance of market research experience and knowledge. His current role keeps him on the front lines of In-Touch business as he, along with his team, leverage their expertise to strategically grow company’s business and client service excellence.
Before joining In-Touch, Danai was a freelance market researcher working on a number of research projects for the public sectors.
He holds a Master Degree in Economics from Thammasat University.

Karanee focuses on developing an understanding of our client's business needs, challenges, and problem solving to support client's growth.
Karanee has extensive experiences with Sales and Marketing in Hospitality Industry. She started to work in Research Industry since 2018 with Hats Consulting and Research as Client Service Senior Manager. She is part of the iMNS team since year 2020.
Karanee graduated in Humanities Faculty, minoring in Business Administration from Bangkok University in 1997.
